Thanks all, am at a loss at the moment with it as the vehicle is new to me and trying to find my way around. Where is the GEM in the truck? Is there a set procedure for trouble shooting the system?- Catman10uk

Hi , I have a 2000 Expedition Eddy Bowers edition and the 4x4 Hi, Lo does not work. When the switch is turned to the first position (auto 4X4) the light comes on, the relay engages etc. But when the switch is moved to 4x4 H or 4x4 Lo nothing happens.
