We have no complaints. We use the Expedition as our everyday and for travel. We go to FL from OH several times a year. I have been 90+ mph a couple of times with no vibration and lots of low 80's on I-75. CJ Dave.

The message appears at every start-up since the last automatic update. Apparently the update was successful yet the message continues to show at start-up. Goes away after a few seconds but shouldn't be there. Any ideas? CJDave.
I don't know that but I had mine done at the dealership yesterday. I was there for about 1 1/2 hrs but they also took care of a update on the module that controls the 3rd row power seat as well and did the ever present multi-point check and topped off fluids. Just a thought. CJDave.
Since my original post I have driven about 1600 miles withoput the issue of the black screens recurring. Thanks to all for the input. Stored for future reference. CJ Dave.
Can the actual gear that the transmission is in (1,2,3,4 etc.) be displayed in the instrument panel? I liked and got used to that feature on my 2017. Thanks. CJ Dave.
I don't think the issue is heat related. In 40 degree weather we drove from home to dinner. About a mile. Ate dinner then drove about 2 miles when the problem occurred. Good thoughts though. Thanks. CJDave.
While driving tonight both screens that display maps went dark. Upper screen said "Map source not supported". I turned off the radio and turned it back on. The volume control knob is not working correctly. No icons or anything on the lower screen. Upper map screen is blank. Cycled the ignition...
