I do, is that the next step I should take?
Edit: I checked the command wire (the wire coming from the key ignition to the starter) and it's not transferring any signal.
I've seen a lot of threads with very similar issues such as mine but none that matched exactly so forgive me if this thread is unnecessary.

Howdy, all. New to the site from AZ. 2000 Expedition XLT owner here. 210,*** miles, runs well when it starts. Out of commission right now due to a perplexing electrical issue.
