I've seen a lot of threads with very similar issues such as mine but none that matched exactly so forgive me if this thread is unnecessary.

My Expedition will not start at all. I have a brand new battery from AutoZone. When I go to start the car, I hear a ton of clicking from the internal fuse box, but the engine does not turn over at all. My radio functions, my headlights work, hazards work, dome lights work, wipers and wiper fluid dispenses properly.

I get the same result when I attempt to start the vehicle in neutral, as well. When the key is in the ignition and turned forward, I get all of the normal check lights on the dash, but the anomaly I noticed was that my odometer flashes on and off.

The clicking also persists through me having the key out of the ignition. It seems to last for roughly 30 seconds or so and kicks in again randomly, or when I try to supply power to the vehicle.

tl;dr - The vehicle functions fine, except that the engine won't turn over at all. All power functions work, but I hear a lot of clicking - even without the key in the ignition.

Thanks in advance for the input.

EDIT: The anti-theft light by the steering column also rapidly blinks.

Welcome to the site. Do you know how to jump the starter solenoid?

I do, is that the next step I should take?

Edit: I checked the command wire (the wire coming from the key ignition to the starter) and it's not transferring any signal.
