blend door? 2003 XLT FX4

Hi all, having a problem with my temp control. not sure if prob is blend door, motor, or dash switch. used heat for first time in a few months , then only blowing hot air from front. I hear motor running when temp dial is moved from halfway to full hot, but nothing from halfway to full cold...
