an update, My blower motor started squealing and would stop and then restart, just bogging down. I just replaced the motor with a new one and now it works fine on high but nothing on the other speeds. Do you think I burned up my new resistor? I checked everything, finally got p----d and gave the blower motor housing a good wack with my fist and it started working. At first there was a slight squeak but then it quited down and worked fine on all speeds. This lasted until today and went to turn it on and no fan at any speed. Wacked...- csmlet
