    Does anyone use the door code instead of key to access vehicle?

    I guess I must be the odd ball.. I use mine All the time I forget my keys in thr house I forget my keys in the vehicle. Course now with the pushbutton in my 2019 thr keys rarely leave my pocket. I love having this option.

    I know. This sounds extreme but if you have a ten box or you could use a cooling pan. Put it in that with the lid on. Then go and test it.

    I was worried about this once ford went to that full sized screen.. All climate controls are on that thing That sucks.

    Dome lights stay on.

    The controls are currently off. This keeps the all the lights from turning on when the doors open. If that is left on the 2nd row lights over both doors will turn on. Once on, nothing you do will turn them off. You just have to let them time out. All the other lights are under complete control...

    Alright this is different one for me. I just got a 2019 Expedition. For some reason my dome lights stay on and after quite a while they eventually shut off. The thing that gets me is it is not all of the dome lights. Just the to above the back 2 doors. Not the center one in the back and no other...

    So is it possible to upgrade my new to me 2019 xlt cluster to the 8"? I do used for scan so getting in and making changes would not be hard. Just wondered if any one has done it?

    Good idea.. Only draw back is the more work on the starter and batteries... But both are far less to replace then engine damage..
