    '99 EB - I tried swapping the express down relay (#4) but it made no difference. It doesn't auto-down until it's halfway down after pressing it four times. Does anyone know if it can be recalibrated or reset?

    Ambient: 88F Static: 105/105 Active: 55/200 Looks like it might be a little low, chart says it should be more like about 225-250. I went ahead and fixed the blend door so my main A/C works again, and it's blowing cold... but could be better. I'll charge it a bit more and get the high side up...

    I told them the whole story and said bottom line was, I knew that the PCM relay circuit was dead and I didn't know why. Bedrck47 you'll be very disappointed to learn that it was the #30 circuit, the fuse terminals were loose and not making good contact. They said after that it fired right up...

    Thanks guys, and happy new year! No work had been done on the fuse block prior to my problems, this all happened suddenly. It's cold, dark and raining or snowing here most of the time this time of year, so I don't have many favorable opportunities to go up there and check things out...

    Ok, fuse 30 had 12v on both sides. PCM diode 501 had 0.0v on both sides. The voltage on pin 86 was 0.0v.
