Replaced driver's power window motor, now auto express down not working

'99 EB - I tried swapping the express down relay (#4) but it made no difference. It doesn't auto-down until it's halfway down after pressing it four times. Does anyone know if it can be recalibrated or reset?

Overhead A/C blows warm when stopped,

Ambient: 88F Static: 105/105 Active: 55/200 Looks like it might be a little low, chart says it should be more like about 225-250. I went ahead and fixed the blend door so my main A/C works again, and it's blowing cold... but could be better. I'll charge it a bit more and get the high side up...

Overhead A/C blows warm when stopped,

Thanks stamp, I'll let you know how it turns out.

Overhead A/C blows warm when stopped,

I've got the separate controls (on the ceiling) for the 2nd row that I'm setting to HI and COLD and have the ceiling vents reversed to point forward. The front still blows across the heater core because of the broken blend door, but it's blowing it on LO into closed front vent doors so it's not...

Overhead A/C blows warm when stopped,

'99 EB 5.4 - So normally when your A/C blows warm when you're stopped, it's because that A/C booster fan isn't working. So what if you don't have one? My rear/overhead A/C is all I've got at this point thanks to a failed blend door. If I put it on MAX A/C, turn the EATC speed to LO, and...

It turned out to be the #5 fuse wasn't fully seated.

Remote key fobs all stopped working; can't program them; door code too

I was charging the A/C in the Expy yesterday and suddenly the key fobs all stopped working. I had just programmed 4 of them the day before. It won't go into programming mode, and the code on the door doesn't work either. I tried pulling the battery negative cable for 15 minutes or so, but it...

    99 EB 5.4, crank/no start - help!

Yes, and I was right that it was a PCM problem and not a fuel problem. Stamp was right about Fuse 30 but I checked it, rechecked it, and tested it and could find nothing wrong with it, didn't know what else to do. Last thing I wanted to have to do was to have it towed to the dealer and pay...

    99 EB 5.4, crank/no start - help!

I told them the whole story and said bottom line was, I knew that the PCM relay circuit was dead and I didn't know why. Bedrck47 you'll be very disappointed to learn that it was the #30 circuit, the fuse terminals were loose and not making good contact. They said after that it fired right up...

Guys, I threw in the towel and had it towed to the dealership today. We'll see what they find.

    99 EB 5.4, crank/no start - help!

Thanks guys, and happy new year! No work had been done on the fuse block prior to my problems, this all happened suddenly. It's cold, dark and raining or snowing here most of the time this time of year, so I don't have many favorable opportunities to go up there and check things out...

    99 EB 5.4, crank/no start - help!

Ok, fuse 30 had 12v on both sides. PCM diode 501 had 0.0v on both sides. The voltage on pin 86 was 0.0v.

    99 EB 5.4, crank/no start - help!

Fuse 111 was good and read 12v. Blade 86 of relay 304 was 0.0v in Run. Fuse 30 was good, but I forgot to check voltage reading, I'll go back and check it again first thing in the morning.

    Test results Ok, so here are the test results. KEY OFF #2: 12.5v #18: 0.0v #23: 0.0v #24: 0.0v KEY ON #2: 11.7v #18: 0.9v #23: 0.9v #24: 0.9v Pretty sure something's seriously wrong on 18, 23 & 24.

Pulled the fuse, observed the interior lights going out, tested it with multimeter, continuity confirmed. Reinstalled the fuse and observed the interior lights coming back on. A couple nights ago I also remembered that I left my diagnostic tool plugged in to the OBD-II port for about a week...

    99 EB 5.4, crank/no start - help!

Thanks, HughJass. I'll run through that at some point this weekend. I was only able to identify one more fuse associated with the PCM, PDB #15, that I haven't tested yet either.

    99 EB 5.4, crank/no start - help!

I didn't know there were that many more fuses for the PCM, I'll check through my fuse listing. Thanks for your help, I'm trying to be as methodical as possible and document everything I've done along the way. And yes, I'm testing them all with a meter but also visually in case of corrosion.

    99 EB 5.4, crank/no start - help!

Bedrck47: I have tried to test the fuel pressure before, and because of Ford's use of a strange type of Schrader valve, my fuel pressure gauge doesn't have an adapter that can work with it. It isn't a matter of unwillingness, I simply cannot test the fuel pressure even if I wanted to. Sure...

Guys, I can't stress this enough. My PCM is not working. No codes, no comm, nothing. Until that is working again, not much else matters.

    99 EB 5.4, crank/no start - help!

Thanks for your reply, Moose. Let me address your questions individually. - I have ruled out fuel on this by the starting fluid check, so I'm trying to focus away from that path. - 99 is COP. I am confident I have an ignition problem rather than a fuel problem, since my PCM is unresponsive...
