The fuel gauge works whenever it wants too doesn't matter if it's hot or cold full or half full...Sometimes it flickers just a bit at whatever position it's at also...- FBOMB

1999 XLT odometer and fuel gauge problems
1999 XLT odometer flashes on and off intermittently and fuel gauge works intermittently...Are they both in the same wiring harness that connects to the cluster circuit board??? If you have to replace the cluster and have it flashed from ford will it store the correct mileage automatically as my...- FBOMB

1999 A/C blows cold out of driver side only
1999 XLT EXPY a/c only blows cold air out of driver side vents and blows warm air out of passenger side vents...Is there a blend door actuator that controls the air for the left and right side?- FBOMB

The fuel gauge is intermittent.....Only thing i haven't tried is banging on the tank after i fill it up to see if it's the sending unit...I put some chevron techron fuel system cleaner in it already to see if the sending unit may be gummed up but the gauge still doesn't work all the time...- FBOMB

Yeah i'm good on the mechanical,fab and welding side of it as i've built and raced my own circle track cars and worked for a few sprint cup teams i'm just not into any of the electrical side of it.. I'm having problems with the digital odometer and the fuel gauge being intermittent...- FBOMB
