Yeah the wipers were a very minor inconvenience. Now that I know that's just an annoying quirk it won't bother me. Unfortunately we did cut the vent but did it this way so it can be easily clipped back on and even superglued if you wanted just to give the complete vent look. I will add that if you want to go the extra mile you should recalibrate your HVAC system by unplugging fuses 15 and 46 (it's thes for me, it might be different for you, look up a fuse diagram online for your car) for at least a min while car is off, then plug back in and turn key to on position...- FordMafia

@Fastcar turns out all my actuators went bad besides front mode which is why I'm still hearing the knocking. I made a new post with a breakdown of all the actuators there are to my knowledge. Might as well get at the mode door in front also before I need it and it doesn't work- FordMafia

I first did a fuse reset (plugged em back in right after) and then unplugged the battery for maybe 4 or 5 hours and then when I came back I hooked everything up and turned ignition to on position without starting for maybe a min before starting...- FordMafia
