Instrument Panel Display
2008 EL XLT Digital display in center of instrument panel is dim, can hardly see it during the day, doesn't get brighter when headlights are on either. Won't brighten with light adjustment dial to left of steering wheel.- grasshopprdisco

Yeah, wife said that when she switched to defog windshield this morning, kept blowing from dash vents. Clicking comes from behind center of dash, where the console ends and the dash begins at firewall.- grasshopprdisco

Fuel vapor smell inside cabin after changing plugs
I recently changed the spark plugs, now there is a strong fuel smell in the cabin when stopped while running. I can't find a fuel leak anywhere or smell it in the engine compartment.- grasshopprdisco

2008 EL XLT shuddering/sputtering
My EL XLT is "shuddering" when after decelerating and then accelerating, my wife says it is sputtering, I say it is shuddering. Happens mostly when accelerating after slowing down, not from a stop, but while moving. Don't know what it is at this point, don't think it is the tranny reflash...- grasshopprdisco
