I recently changed the spark plugs, now there is a strong fuel smell in the cabin when stopped while running. I can't find a fuel leak anywhere or smell it in the engine compartment.

Inspect the fuel lines from the tank to the engine. If the odor isn't coming from spillage when the fuel tank is filled then it is from a leak or unburned gas from the engine. You should also be able to smell it when outside of the vehicle.
