I have contacted an attorney but before having him proceed did attempt to call the case manager with Ford again to discuss if they're willing to handle this another way first. Left a voicemail so we'll see if he calls back. If still told there is nothing they can do I will have the attorney...
stamp11127, I agree...and I could have lived with the A/C issue had it been a reasonable time frame to fix. I understand there will be minor quirks, issues, etc. to work out in the first year or a re-design but this is beyond that. I've never even heard of a new vehicle being at the dealership...
