I have Premium care warranty for my 2019 Expedition and Raptor. Both vehicle's sunroofs became inoperable in 2022 and repairs were covered under warranty by Ford.
What year is yours? I have a 19 Expedition and a Gen 2 Raptor. Both have had issues with their Moonroofs opening or unable to close. Both needed repairs covered under warranty at the time. I was told they needed mechanical adjustments and lubrication. Even after repairing the moonroof in my...
I have a 2019 with only 20k miles on it. I don't drive it much. Glad I bought the 8 year ESP warranty. I did have to take it in for an inoperable sun roof, which had the same issues on my Gen 2 Raptor. I perform all the interval oil changes and oil filter changes myself.
I disabled Auto Start/Stop on my 2017 raptor with Forscan. Worked perfectly, However like you I tried to program the same on my 2019 Expedition and it was giving me the same error, so obviously Ford changed the programming. So I reverted back to stock settings. If you put a trailer brake...
I have a Stealth Limited with the 22" and CCD. I like the "sports car sequence" ride quality except for the sway and bobble. I replaced both the front and rear sway bars with solid end links. The vehicle corners and handles much better. Feels more planted, but if you are looking for a more...
I'm a Gen 2 Ford Raptor owner and own a 2019 stealth Expedition. In a sport truck, I like the traditional shifter, but in something that is more ergonomic and functional as a daily, I don't mind the rotary shifter in the expedition. However, the rotary shifter does have a delay of around 1...
I have a 2019 Limited and a 2017 Gen 2 Raptor. Both vehicles have the 10 speed. I've never experienced any clunk, but yeah sometimes I feel a slight shutter in the shifting. I've always thought it to be the torque converter locking or unlocking before or after a shift. Since there are so...
Have you changed out the interior cabin pollen filter? It is located behind the glove box. Motorcraft FP-92 is the part number. There are a few helpful YouTube videos that detail the procedure.
I have a Raptor and Expedition Limited, both with the 10 speed. I suspect we feel certain gear shifts more than others due to the torque convert locking and locking. I suspect the torque converter begins locking at 5th gear, and anytime it upshifts or downshifts you also feel the torque...
Mt 2019 Limited started doing this as well. I don't drive the vehicle enough. I purchased it brand new and around three years later it only has around 16k miles, which probably decreased the battery life. Still, surprised to see a brand new OEM battery to begin to fail so quickly.
Sorry to hear about your situation. Scary indeed. Hope Ford makes this right. Modern cars have a tandem master cylinder, so if the back system goes out or leaks, the front should work unaffected or vice versa. I think this feature was federally mandated back in 1967.
I have a 2019 Stealth with the colored interior LED colors, which I think was the last year. I also have a 2017 F150, which also has the LED colors and was the last year for the mid size trucks.
It's simple to program additional Ford key Fobs. OEM units are available on Ebay for around $80 bucks and there are YouTube videos explaining the procedure by placing the keys in one of the cup holders and going through he push button start and brake pedal procedure to program. The key can by...
