    Well it had a bad o2 sensor and I had all 4 of them replaced and it is running great. Replaced the ABS module with NOS part and the light show is gone. This 2013 has only a few issues to fix, the radio display (solder) and some blend door actuators acting up.

    Probably not, the float gives you a low washer fluid level warning and if it comes on there should still be some reserve. Maybe your pump is failing. In my 2013 the tank and pump are buried under the battery. I think access can be had by removing passenger side headlight assembly.

I have heard, but not verified, that the ABS ECU needs to self test on one of the wheel sensors (Passenger front?) and if it does not see it, it will not boot up.     You might want to get it up on a lift and make sure none of the calipers are sticking. Those rubber hoses, all of them, are subject to breaking down and becoming a one way valve allowing fluid under pressure to compress the calipers and then failing to release them.
