I don't have Air Suspension on Mine. But.... I would think your suspension on the truck won't allow it to travel too far to damage anything. The Suspension should only travel so far at all times. Actually From front to back...there are Total of 10 On mine. However the only ones that were bad was the 4 I'm calling the Center. Directly under the Front row Driver& Passenger seats And Directly under the second row seats : Ford calls them Position #3 and Position #4 I cut a hole right above...- Jay1

Owned 2007 Expedition EL 2wd Limited for over 6 years, And been trying to find a problem for a few months. Had a vibration on ANY road at different speeds. Sometimes rides very FIRM and sometimes very BOUNCY Even reflectors and painted stripes on the road were VERY rough. Going over speed bumps...- Jay1
