Very disappointed!
I purchased the maintenance package when we bought it and it has been adhered to 100%. If the service wasn't done correctly, it's on the dealer's shop.- jbarry130

Very disappointed!
The weight at the time of the failure was much less than the max tow rating. Yes...it has the Heavy Tow package. We bought it specifically because we tow the trailer and we had a 99 Eddie Bauer that was about as perfect a vehicle you would ever want. Gave it to my son when we got the 2015 and...- jbarry130

Very disappointed!
Have been waiting to hear from the dealer and determine what is going to be done. The transmission failure was catastophic! Unrepairable. Very disappointed!
Saturday, while pulling a horse trailer, out 2015 Platinum transmission failed, leaving my wife on an uphill section of a very busy highway in a travel lane.
