    Hi All, I had the backup camera replaced on my 2017 under a recall. The original camera image was blurry. I was hoping the replacement would clear this up but it did not. Was I wrong to assume the picture would be clear with the new camera?

    I would pull the system down to vacuum and replace the refrigerant as a precaution. The two types are not compatible and AC systems are expensive to replace.

    I have a 2017 and can confirm is does NOT use dual injection. Edge (Copilot probably) is either hallucinating or confusing model year with the year the model actually came out in. I.e. the 2018 model, AKA 4th gen, started selling late in 2017

    No issues with the turbos on my 2017. Running 87 octane. I tried 91 but didn't notice any difference so stuck with the cheaper fuel.

    I don't think you do. Standard procedure is pump it down to a vacuum and then add the required amount of refrigerant. It's all automated via the A/C machine.

    Well I just got two recall letters from Ford. One saying the master brake cylinder part is in and I can schedule to have it replaced. The second saying I'm affected by the backup camera recall but to wait until parts are available.
