    @ jjy168 did you ever find the issue? I have a 2020 max with CCD and my driver side will make a strange noise over bumps when it's colder outside on the first drive of the day. It will also go away after a few minutes. It almost sounds as if the suspension is stiff.

    This is exactly what I have and have had no issues. Works as advertised. They sell one made for the Expedition even though I'm sure it's the same version as the F-150.

    I think the OP makes a great point. I also wondered why they got rid of that slot. The padded area for the wireless charger is honestly very tight getting the phone in and out of especially with the sizes of cell phones these day.
