just got off the phone with the mechanic; they are saying its a broken timing chain guide, and the phasers need to fixed as well. He is also going to look to see if there is any lifter damage. the quote now is $2300-$2800- josherooooo

the loss of compression of cyl 1-4 was done by the ford technicians at the dealership. I have since towed the car closer to the house and taken it to a mechanic. Their initial diagnosis is they will have to strip down the engine and see what's going on. Their estimate was "could be anywhere from...- josherooooo
