Painted Grill and Trimmed in Carbon Fiber and Emblem LED
So I have been wanting to paint my gray grill black for a while now and I finally got some time today. I didn't like having the grill trimmed in chrome.... so I had some carbon fiber vinyl left over from another project....so I covered the chrome. It turned out great. Lol.....Yes it can be done quicker. ...I was giving the "My Time" start to finish time, including unpacking the boxes, unpacking the HIDs, reading how the housings remove, finding my tools the modding the lights, mounting the ballast, waiting for it to get dark, having to adjust the lights by...- markmiller

I installed HID high and low beams and it took about two hours. Since I had purchased the new housings I prepped the lights inside relaxing. The longest part of the job is the alignment. To align them I had to pull the housings half way out to be able to get the ratchet on them. Basically...- markmiller

Changing the headlights to new housings and HIDs made me proud of "Big Blue" again. I had the Chrome housings and here is the comparison pic. Easy way to run the wires....- markmiller
