Sad, been looking to buy a newer expy in the 2011-2013 range and I've looked at about 10 so far, all of which have rust on tailgate. I had this issue with my 2005. How is it that Ford cannot get this corrected after all these years.- Mike2005

Does an expedition without rust bubbles exist?
I am half joking as I am sure Expeditions do exist without rust. I just sold my 2005 that had rust bubbles on the tailgate and hood after just 2 years. I had it fixed, but it came have a few years later. I just sold the vehicle because the rust was getting bad. That said, I love the truck so I...- Mike2005
