Sounds like a loose connection to me as well. I had it happen once to my 2018 and ended up disconnecting the negative terminal and reconnecting after 5 minutes. it did the trick to get the screen back on. 3rd shock blown out on 2018 XLT
I took my 2018 Expedition in for a tire rotation and they noticed both front shocks/struts were leaking fluid. I didn't see the fluid was noticeable in my driveway. I called the dealer to order the new parts over the phone and they did. Took the dealer almost a week to get the parts in, then...- MJ2018
