Problem solved thank you for the help. Idling perfectly at 700 rpms. Went to Advance auto parts this morning and picked up a new IAC and dielectric grease. The new IAC was 47 dollars and it came with a new gasket. Besides the inside being new and shiny I noticed that there was a spring in...- mrallergies

Throttle body cleaned now stalls out in 2 seconds
Yep I removed the throttle. My main concern was clearing the EGR ports and by the time I was happy with those I had used all of the TB cleaner I had. I actually didn't plan on even looking at the IAC. I'm going to try and clean it best I can tomorrow after I get some more TB cleaner and see...- mrallergies

Everything is plugged in, connected, and fitting tight. I researched the symptoms more and they seem to be consistent with an IAC that needs to be cleaned/replaced.
