Hatch glass opens at will with dome light switch and door lock switch. Will not latch again till shut-off

I'm new to expiditions so some general knowledge would be helpful. Power door locks trys work but don't Rear glass pops open with dome light switch or door lock switch. Loose fuse for constant 12v to stereo. Is this all common for the smart box replacement?
