    I've read some reports of 3V's going beyond 100k before plug change, and not having any issues with breakage. Here's a link that has a pic of a broken plug from the 3V, removal of the broken piece can be extracted with a Lisle tool, or rigging up some all-thread with nuts & washers...

    the 97-03 5.4 have insufficient threads, so if you torque them to 28ft/lb you'll be ok. The 04-08 have the plug-break problem.

    I fixed my ABS problem with a new rear sensor from Autozone, they're around $20. It's on top of the rear axle.

    ahhh...ok, gotcha. not sure about the wheel swap, but i found this forum: F150 forum you can probably search there. and towards the middle, there is an Expedition/Navigator forum.

    I just put on 265/75-16 and it filled up the wheelwell pretty nicely. I've seen 285/75-16 on a F150, but not sure if there's any rubbing problems while turning.

    I was told the RS5000's were not recommended for the expy, but to use the RSX's. so for a few bucks more, you get a better shock with the RSX.....no complaints here:)

    yea from what I read on other forums, it's only good for a paperweight, so I'm not going to buy one. I am however going to get the K&N FIPK when my wife gives me my allowance money. She just doesn't understand I NEED MORE INTAKE :D

    I just bought and installed Rancho RSX's on all four corners, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! They're a bit stiffer than stockers, but with very little rebound. '99 expy 5.4 4wd

    not really sure if shock manufacturers matters (KYB, Rancho, etc.) but I'm going to try Rancho....no particular reason, just gonna give them a shot.

    changed all the plugs, and replaced coil #4 . all fixed :cheers:
