Fuse #23 15 amp in under hood fuse box is power source for O2 heaters. Pcm controls the grounds. It also powers evap items, trans pressure solenoid and intake runner.
The glass does not keep water out. Water enters continually and runs out the drains. The frame(track) is cracked/broken. A new sunroof or sealing the glass to the roof are your options.
A rocker can pop off one of the intake valves. You will still have compression but that valve will not open. Remove cover and if it is, you can pop it back on.
Try to turn cam with a wrench. If it moves, the pin in phaser isn't locking the cam to gear. Oil consumption could be pcv valve(part of left valve cover), incorrect pcv hose routings or stuck oil rings. Pull dipstick out while running and see if any vacuum. Should be none.
