    Expedition won’t start

    Worth a shot...check connectors behind passenger side kick panel that covers the body control module. Make sure all are latched. Dunno if it applies to the newer trucks but seen it on older ones that will cause all kinds of 'weird' codes including PATS system(key fob).

    Rear wiper work? If it doesn't park properly, will cause draw a large enough draw to kill battery overnight. Fuse 3 powers DVD player, Aux audio module and satellite radio if equipped.

    Engine won’t shut off with key removed after ac compressor change

    I would suspect the ignition switch first. (coincidence). Remove plastic on steering column to reach it and while it is running, disconnect it. If it stalls, you got it figured. Next would be pulling any ignition related relays. One may be stuck "latched" (on).

    So did this problem occur after the transmission service? If so, is filter in correctly and proper amount of oil. Engine revving and not moving?

    A/C and PCM issue

    A decent scan tool will allow you to read the pcm 'PIDs' (live data). Ford did a good job with a/c pids and will tell you why the pcm won't give permission to operate. And of course any possible trouble codes.

    Code criteria is like 1.5 seconds of inactivity. You would be lucky to test and see when it does. If codes keep coming back, change o2.

    The front brake hose brackets rust where they are crimped to the hose and slowly pinch them closed not allowing fluid back out of caliper.

    Check all the fuses and pins in junction box under hood. Also make sure no fuses missing.

    Got spark on non contributing bank? Throwing it out there but some engines will idle fine missing a complete bank(5.3 gm).

    Water also ingresses through the plastic clips holding the seal fyi.

    Shot in the dark. Do a throttle position sensor sweep (graphing) and look for any spiking.

    You have a large vacuum leak. While idling, spray brake cleaner around after maf and listen for rpms to increase. There is your vacuum leak. Said gasket missing will cause this problem.
