Brake Pad years

Chugging loss of power
I have a 2003 Expedition xlt and about a month ago my CEL came on and would shut back off for a while then pop back up so I had it scanned and got a P0420. Is my caliper junk?
I see what your saying. A rebuilt isnt all that expensive with the core so ima just do that. If i only replace one caliper do I need to bleed all 4?- pomerjon

Is my caliper junk?
I bought cheap $25 pads because the rotors are not great and im planing on re-replacing the pads with new rotors in a week or two. Hoping I dont need extra cost of a caliper.- pomerjon

I'm not sure what this is but I don't think it's stock. This device has two wires coming out a rubber grommet. One to this thing that was also grounded to the firewall. The other wire ran all the was to the pass side and sliced into the connector in the picture. And another wire by the fuse box...- pomerjon
