Alright, I'm back. It's been exactly a month since I replaced the TPS sensor (again) with another Ford TPS sensor (again). The expy is firing up in limp mode again. Everything else looks okay. Any thoughts on what could be causing so many TPS faults? Maybe replace the wiring harness this...
I had this, the AC Blower Moto Control Module, and the wiper motor linkage all break down in the last two weeks. Pretty much right at ~110,000 miles. Fortunately those are all easy repairs.
Quick update: I disconnected the battery and the TPS, looked over the sensor, wiring, connections, etc, and then reconnected. That seems to have satisfied the wrench light for now, but I've gone ahead and ordered another TPS since they aren't expensive if you get them online...you just have to...

Hey forum, reviving this thread after finding it on a search. I've got a 2014 Expedition EL XLT 2WD (5.4L), and it's been occasionally starting up in limp mode. It finally threw off a check engine light the other day, which flagged the TPS (Code PO123). Got the new part and will attempt to...
I've got a 2007 with the push button AC controls. The AC blows like its got a mind of its own sometimes. Everything will be normal, then all of a sudden the fan will start blowing full blast and there is no way to stop it. You can't even turn the AC off! Or sometimes, the AC gets stuck at...
