Front AC hot, rear cold
Expansion valve does make sense. Although I replaced that 2 years ago but that doesn't mean it can't be blocked or broke. Still have to pay for evac and recharge but it that is all it is, not too bad.- retk9

Front AC hot, rear cold
Puzzling issue with an 04 Exp with manual AC. Front AC suddenly started blowing hot air. Rear AC still blows cold. Replaced front blend door actuator but no change. Gage on AC recharge bottle showed level was low so I added a can. Front AC still blowing hot. Noticed ice build up on low...- retk9

You really underestimate my abilities. I know just enough to get myself into trouble. Unless each fitting is a specific size, I am sure I find a way to connect them wrong.- retk9

I have an 04 Exp that I had to replace the compressor, condenser, accumulator, expansion valves and the hose that runs from the compressor due to either the compressor blowing up or condenser coming apart. Hard to say which one cause the other because I got metal chunks out of both. I...- retk9

No reverse or over 20 mph
I replaced the speed sensor and neutral safety switch but no luck. Still had no reverse and a couple of gears. With OD off I could get upto around 50 but lost 2nd and 3rd. I dropped the pan and about a half inch of metal shavings on the magnet and filter was filthy. A shop dropped the trany...- retk9

No reverse or over 20 mph
Newbe to the forum needing help. I have a '04 Expedition, 4.8l, 2wd. When I shift to reverse the engine will slightly rev like normal but reverse does not engage. In drive I have plenty power until I reach 20 mph. Once I go over 20 the engine revs up but my speed will not go over 20. No...- retk9
