You don't need a complete transmission rebuilt. You just need a $30 plate replaced. The problem is it's about $1,100 labor to have the plate replaced. There is a TSB for it, it's called neutral out. That's the TSB they need to follow to repair your neutral out issues. I had the TSB done for the...
So on mine, it was the 35 dollar plate that costs 1100 to replace in labor. There is a tsb for it and it totally solved my neutral out issue in my 2019.
The 2019 also needs the tsb done to it for the neutral out condition due to the $35 dollar plate in the transmission that costs $1100 in labor to swap out.
So finally I had had enough of my car slipping out of gear. I called the local dealer and asked them to replace the transmission separator plate listed in the tsb. They quoted me $35 for the plate and $1100 for labor. They really didn't want to do the work and kept telling me I had to sign a...
There are probably a bunch of issues that could be causing what your experiencing. In my case I had something similar and it turned out to be one of the VCT solenoids was bad. But it wasn't bad all of the time it would stick intermittently.
I just called up ford, they wont extend the warranty or apply the TSB at no cost. They offered to give up to 40% of the TSB repair cost back if they deemed that the TSB would in fact repair the issue, I had it diagnosed within 72 hours, etc etc. They also said "we aren't promising anything...
I tried purchasing a tune to see if it would resolve the natural out issue. The vehicle does shift better and drive better but it didn't solve the neutral out issue.
The dealer says it will be between 900 and 6000 dollars to perform the tsb and they are decently confident that will solve the...
So I just noticed this issue on a trip to Baltimore last night when trying to get out from in between two tractor trailers. I have never noticed this issue before. It is pretty easily reproducible. The car used to run and drive completely fine. The cam phasers went bad in 2020 and the dealer...
There is a firmware update for the mirrors that fixes this. I had the issue with my 2019 expedition and it was resolved after the update. I have a friend that had the same issue with his mirrors on his 2019 navigator and the update solved his issues as well.
I've gotten 15.3 on average consistently for the last 4 years. 2019 XLT, no tow package.
If I leave it in sport mode for most of the tank it dips down into the 13s.
Michelin Defender LTX based on a few of the recommendations here. They are a bit louder than the Michelin Primacys that were previously on the car but other than that they are superior in every way. I would never get any other tire unless they stop making them ... I even put a set of them on...
