    Which is the resonator on the stock exhaust?

    Got under the truck for the first time the other day to look at the exhaust and noticed i had what looks like 2 mufflers. I then looked online and saw that one of them is a muffler and the other is a resonator. Which one is which and can I cut off the resonator without any check engine light...

    I have a 2001 Eddie Bauer with the MACH stereo system in it. I noticed that there was a plug going into the VHS player that unclips. I really dont want to buy a whole new flip down tv/dvd combo.     cool thanks for posting the pics....i noticed that you didnt have to cut the top....i was looking at other pics people posted up here and they cut about 1/4 of an inch off the top piece....guess when i get back from this deployment i will have to see which way to do it.....but i now know what...

    2000 Expy w/ Mach Stereo Wiring Question

    you need the other 2 plugs...one controls the sub and amp and the other one controls the sound for the drop down tv, if you have it. I had to get the wiring harness's online....not alot of sound shops have those wiring for the MACH sound system.
