Well...this happened...
Welp...they totaled it. I got a lawyer, since they're offering me a fraction of what it is gonna cost me to find something comparable in this market. Maybe I'll be around these parts in the future...depending on what I can find to purchase. I loved my Expedition!- Shantheman73

Well...this happened...
This is the TRUTH. I made the guy's insurance company rent me a truck, since I lost my ability to tow my kid's HS band trailer. They claim they're going to fix it. I honestly don't think frame is bent. We will see. I added up receipts of the work I've had done on it in the last 2.5 years...- Shantheman73

Well...this happened...
Someone decided they needed to turn left out of a gas station without looking first. His Jeep Compass is toast. I'm wondering if insurance will total my expo though... 230k, but in pristine condition. Freaking drivers.- Shantheman73

Driving around in 4A do any harm?
I def feel the binding at times when turning sharp in 4A. Unfortunately I don’t know if that’s normal or not…all my other vehicles have been car based AWD. Driving around in 4A do any harm?
Hey y’all…2007 Limited 4x4. One of my front hubs is engaged…the other isn’t. My mechanic mentioned instead of replacing the hub, just keep it in 4A. I’ve seen this debated both ways…good and bad. Transmission Problem
I am also experiencing the 'bump', or rough downshift when coming to complete stop. I'm wondering if the refreshing helped the OP shift better when coming to stop?- Shantheman73

Low trans fluid affect shifting?

Hey all… My transmission (07 Limited) leaked a good amount of fluid when it was sitting for a few weeks (it doesn’t leak when I drive it regularly though?!). 6r75 bulkhead connector?
I’ve had the EXACT problem on my 07. It doesn’t leak when I’m driving it daily. But if it sits for a few days…I find a freaking puddle. Bulkhead connector is what I suspect. But I didn’t know if the 07’s had that issue like the 09-10 did.- Shantheman73

2015 headlight housing options
I'm sorry, but I disagree. LED manufacturers are finally figuring out the correct length and placement of LED diodes so they reflect better in the stock housings. Early days, yes. They were a disaster with brightness but poor light throw and weird cutoffs. Buying a brand that is reputable...- Shantheman73

2015 headlight housing options
I believe my 07 has different headlights than your 15...but I purchased these LED headlights off amazon...and I have never been more pleased. I actually liked them so much, I purchased them for all four of my vehicles. I agree, the stock headlights left a lot to be desired. These remedied that...- Shantheman73

2008 Ford Expedition stuttering while driving at 40-50 mph
Could also be coils. Mine did this when I had two bad coils, and if I switched it out of OD and into a lower gear (higher RPM) then it would stop.- Shantheman73
