    New expedition owner, missing part on valve cover??

    So I went to advance and got a purolator pcv valve and its metal, is there no kind of gasket or seal for it? Seems weird to plug a metal pcv valve in a metal hole without any type of seal. Wouldn't it just leak?

    Thanks for all the responses everyone. If it is the location of the pcv valve, anyone know why it would be deleted? I'm not sure who would delete a pcv valve and not put some type of filter on the valve cover since there's now a wide open hole to the oil. Scary thinking about what other dumb...
