Got covered in nasty and crawled under the car all afternoon. New fuel pump and filter. Still cranking and not starting!!
I guess I'll check the voltage to the pump pigtail tomorrow. What pins are the control voltage?
Is there any way to remove the gas through the fill tube, or is there something in there preventing siphoning (like a one way valve etc)? I suspect the answer is no, but worth asking.
I made sure to hit the inertia switch right after the first crank- no start, just to make sure it wasn't that.
Sprayed a meager amount of starter fluid into the TB and then cranked on it. Fired off and ran for a second or two, so there is spark.

Forgot to mentioned, I jumped from 30 to 87 earlier also, still just cranked.
I will test the voltage from 30 to ground to make sure the ECU is supplying a signal. That could be a way to tell for sure if the ECU is at least partially functioning, I suppose...
