Bad parts will get you every time Sorry for the long delay... regular work weeks tend to get pretty hectic. Troubleshooting lead me back to wiring and I ended up replacing the battery cables leading from the Starter Relay down to the Starter. I had the old ignition switch in the truck...- teddym90
