2006 Exp LTD Frame rotted through. WTF?

Unfortunately I am past the warranty. At least with body panels, there isn't a safety issue, but this concerns me. The FRAME for crying out loud! If my wife gets in a crash head on, will the truck protect her...? I've seen plenty of 20 year old fords with less rust than this truck. :(- timberwolf

Programming Door locks 2006 Exp.
Ok, So this is pretty much the only thing bugging me since we got our Expedition, it's minor, but still annoying. what brands of oil ???
Amsoil 0W30 + filter once a year in everything. I also use their 2 stroke @ 80:1 in every small engine I own. Plus the 0W30 in the crank of everything from the lawnmower, to the generator. Plus their heavy marine stuff in the diesel tractor.- timberwolf
