    Ford Expeditions are known for low gas mileage. To improve the gas mileage few steps can be of help. Keep your vehicle light, don't haul many things. Speed limit should be attained and can use cruise control if possible, clean the fuel line, check the pressure of the tires..

    In few vehicles the AC drain clogs which results in water leakage. Usually the condenser collects the water out, so it must be a condenser malfunctioning.

    I have read that changing EGR backpressure transducer can solve the problem, once after replacing the EGR, clear the check engine light.

    I feel you need to replace the refrigerants. Normally the cease of cold air can be due to it.

    Air conditioning compressors consists of pressurized refrigerants. If there is cool or no cold air blowing you need to check on that and replaced.
