My son left the keys in the truck and drained battery, got a jump then soon after I find out my drivers seat does not go back when I shut off engine and open door to get out. Also lost all memory settings. I have to move seat with buttons to adjust. Not sure if it's a fuse or something please help!!!

Sounds like "easy entry" somehow turned off. Go through the message center using the 3 buttons on the center console and make sure it's not set "off".
If its still not working and set "on", then cycle the seat to the full back position and keep holding the back adjustment until you feel the seat bump slightly forward. It's a little reset mechanism. Go ahead and reset memory and should work again.

Did that yesterday, and the memory seat worked but easy entry did not. The seat will not move when turn off ignition and remove key then open door. I looked in manual and I can't seem to find a fuse for that. Any other suggestions?

I don't remember how to do it exactly but here goes...If you don't have the navigation screen you will have to reset the seat manually.

I think it goes like this, 1) Use the manual switch (electronic switch) and slide the seat all the way back, 2) Once the seat reaches the furthest most point (rearward), give the manual switch another push reward and the seat should kinda rock/twitch back and forth.

After the seat rock/twitch back and forth motion, it should be reset. You may have to reset your seat memory positions.

I had the same problem, worked for me. Keep us posted if it works.
