I have not seen it in person, but it sounds like some type of "synthetic" leather (vinyl). How does it look ? How does it feel ? Early yet but, how does it wear ?
What is your opinion of ActiveX seating material ?

I have the ActiveX in my new 2019 Expy Max (bought in Nov 19). Very comfortable i must say, looks great as well. I traded a Odyssey with leather and that was pretty comfortable but the ActiveX seats are just as nice. I have three kids so i bought a seat cover to try out in one of the 2nd row seats, a little extra protection can't hurt.
It looks like vinyl, but most can’t tell the difference and it’s pretty comfortable and supportive. It feels softer than vinyl if that makes sense. It doesn’t have the natural grains that come with genuine leather and isn’t as quite as nice to the touch. Besides that it beats vinyl, most of the seat is vinyl but the ActiveX synthetic is the center portions. It’s all “trimmed” same as the higher end leather.
