How old is your battery? Battery terminals clean and no corrosion on the cables ? That code is set when system voltage drops below 10.5 volts. On an old battery, or during cranking, or anytime really. There's no fuse to replace or anything. It's set by the PCM. I would think you'd be seeing all your lights dimming when the voltage is low enough to set this code.
