I have an 2007 Expy with the tow package and rear air shocks with approx. 150k miles. I have had this truck for 2 years now. I recently noticed the driver sider rear wheel slants inward (at top) a great deal. The passenger side does not do this. Has any one experienced this, if so what was the issue/solution? I am assuming it might be the rear lower Ball joint. I also notice some vibration or hop at higher speeds, but do not feel the vibration/hop in the steering wheel so I do not think the vibration is from anything up front.

Could be worn bushing in the links, worn ball joint as you mentioned, or something as simple as a camber alignment. Based on your vibration/hop comment I'm guessing parts are just old and ready for replacement. 15 years is a good long life on the rubber bushings.

Agreed. Jack it up by the frame or differential while the wheel is tilted without hitting the brakes for any reason. Look for play. Regardless of what it loose, it is potentially dangerous. It's not something to put off.
