2018 XLT just eclipsed 100k miles. Had the stupid mirror clicking when we bought it and a few other gremlins that were resolved with a software reflash. Has had cam phasers done....twice. Once at roughly 40k and once again at roughly 80k. Heater hoses started leaking at roughly 85k. Water pump started going at 98k. Bought it as a certified use, so the only thing that was on my dime was the heater hoses. Other than that, regular stuff: oil changes, brake pads, tires, and battery (got 6 years out of the original battery!!). It's been in the shop at least once a year, but it's never left me stranded. Ford ESP has also been great as I've always gotten a rental during the work as long as we scheduled it ahead of time.
I think I'm having an a/c issue as it takes a little bit to start cooling, so it might be time to trade it. I've always been a GM guy, but I really have enjoyed owning the Expy even with the issues. It's my wife's car and her and the kids beat the crap out of it, so I'm really impressed that these are the ONLY issues I've had with it!
