I seems like we can't join the forum without buying a product, and we can't buy a product because they can't get paid, and they can't get paid because their leadership has chosen to invade an innocent country.
This thread is kind of making ask when I'd ever want to drive in 4H or 4L. What's "off road"? I see the Broncos with state ORV stickers, so I imagine they're going somewhere fun.
I've put a previous Expedition into 4L once to pull my trailer out of a muddy campsite. And then I panicked...
And also he can look at the power distribution screen and actually see when and under which conditions power is routed to the front. 4A really, really isn't 4H.
Why a digital rear view mirror? Reality has a higher resolution.
I'd like to see the combination lift-gate/swing-gate, but that always seems to be eight years in the future.
Powerboost. I don't think full EV is in the cards until TEVC is up and running.
You can pay cash or bring your own financing with X Plan. Dealer may be unwilling to provide financing with anyone but Ford Credit, but if you bring your own, it's exactly like cash from their perspective.
All customer ordered vehicles are price protected.
(I am a Ford salaried employee, but...
It seems to be random for me. Sometimes it works right, and sometimes it works as you describe. Right now, my Expedition is nearly perfect, but my Mach E is being difficult.
Well, in another thread I mentioned I had issues with the vibration and my General Tires. Made my appointment at 600 miles, finally got it in at 1600. The service manager has been great, and acknowledges that they can't find the issue yet. All four tires passed the normal balance, but two failed...
I didn't check the radio presets, but it definitely affected my running board deployment. I'll see what other settings (temperature units, etc.) change. Time. I need time. ;-)
There's no way to do it permanently. I've been toying with the idea of making a fake plug to plug into the trailer connector when using my 1Up rack. Once the truck sees a load, it thinks a trailer is attached, and disables it automatically.
I hadn't bothered to check for profiles on the Sync 4 screen, but keep in mind that driver numbers associated with the button on the door or the keyfob that you've matched still apply, and most of the settings in the Sync 4 screen apply. This screwed me up yesterday when I forced the running...
Thank you! Google brought me immediately to the correct page on Ford's site. I have no idea why I couldn't find it manually. Now hopefully my dealer has it in stock, because apparently I can't spend my points on the site. Sigh.
If Ford is saying ready to ship, then it's still in Ford's hands, and hasn't been passed to the shipping company yet.
There are a lot of us in the same boat. Chip hold from March to April, then from April my 100% completed unit sat there until someone finally decided it could ship in mid July...
And I live in SE Michigan, where we have plants from all of the Big 3. There are Fords, Chryslers, and GMs parked everywhere awaiting bits and pieces, except Dearborn, where people keep stealing the Raptors (a bit of hyperbole on that last one).
What'd you pay? I have 42,000 Ford gaming-your-behavior points that should be worth about $210 or so that I'd like to use up, and I've been struggling to think of a purpose.
My General Tires after sitting for three months prior to delivery also feel incorrect. I'm assuming the tires are flat and hoping they'll roll out in a week or two. I'll come back to this thread if it doesn't happen.
