Your modem seems to be completely offline. Screenshot below is from the OTA dashboard on your truck in PTS. The server has been trying to send you an APIM updates for months, but it continues to fail because your truck is not pinging the server back to accept it. Go ahead and pull the codes and...
Do you have FORScan or any kind of code scanner? I would offer to check with the VIN, but if the modem is offline, I will not be able to see anything in PTS.
Any notifications about a software update? Some updates (likes the ones for the module that control the screens) are done while the vehicle is on and running. If an update was installing while you were in it, it could explain the glitch.
Pulled the ab data off a random 2023 Expo Limited. It shows this in the BCM:
Based on the F150 spreadsheet which is very similar, this would indicated the perimeter alarm is enabled and disabled in the same location on these trucks:
You can try disabling just the chime in the 4th bit or...
The owners manual gets updated with updates to the APIM which is the module that controls the touchscreen. However, there is no way of knowing when Ford will release new firmware for that module and when they do, there is no way of telling when you will get sent the update.
Correct, but right under that, it says:
NOTE: If the vehicle has a discharged battery, an external power source is required. If the battery discharges while in Stayin Neutral Mode, the Park Lock Pawl Solenoid will release and transmission will return to Park. Do not tow the vehicle in this...
Check this setting in your ACM. ANC is active noise cancelation and the fake engine noise is ESE. If what you have in this bit shows ESE is enabled, change it to disable ESE.
For sure they are dragging their feet on this. I don't know what they are waiting for in the case of the Expos/Navis. However, whenever it does come to these trucks, brace yourselves for the issues associated with it. The process to get BC upgraded on the F150s, Lightnings and Mach E's has been...
Not that I know of. I keep track of this for the F150s. What I have seen from several forums I am on is that a lot of these updates are the same across Sync 4 vehicles on different platforms. There is a spreadsheet attached to the first post below with all OTAs ever sent to the 21-23 F150s and...
I don't have all the answers to your questions. I have tried side-loading the IPMA software from newer Navigators onto a 2022, but was not able to get it to work right. What I can tell you is that any vehicle with the hardware for BC 1.0 can also run 1.2, 1.3 or 1.4. I know for a fact, because...
Unfortunately, not completed means that OTA trigger failed for some reason. Once you see "not completed", there is nothing you can do but wait for it to be resent.
DSM may need to be recalibrated. That module controls the running boards and uses a hall effect sensor. I am not sure if FORScan can run a selft-test on the DSM or not, or if it has to be done with FDRS.
No doubt installing it was a PITA. Aside from partially taking apart the console/dash to access the APIM to connect it, I also had to run a cable from the APIM to the rear wall of the truck where I placed the wifi transponder for the wireless camera. I wanted it as far back as possible so it is...
It can be done. It's not cheap, but it works. I've had this on my truck for years. You can also run an HDMI cable from it to plug into your phone and you can mirror your phone on the touchscreen, too.

Your truck is reporting itself to the cloud regularly, so I don't think the reception is bad enough to blame it on that. However, now that there is no active OTA trigger in queue, the button being grayed out is normal because there is no update pending to install. However, the fact that it was...
I would try disconnecting the negative cable from your 12v battery for 20 minutes and then checking for updates again.
I checked again and the OTA that was in queue went from an active OTA to part of OTA history. Seems like it timed out again. I would still do the 20 minute battery pull and...
The double horn honk disable is the same to disable it across 2021-2025 F150's, so that should be the same on the Expo's. You can always just revert back to what was there if you don't get the desired result, so it is safe to try.
On the F150, there was a change in the module architecture...
Livnitup did make one off of a 2024 Expo, but this may differ from the 2023, too.

My FDRS license expired and I didn't renew it so I cannot check for pending updates. I still have limited PTS access. I can see you have been sent a GWM update several times, and every time, the OTA trigger expired because your truck didn't ping back the server to accept it. You actually have an...
The easiest thing you can try is disconnecting the negative battery cable from your 12v battery for 20 minutes to hard-reset the module network. If the GWM and/or the TCU is hung up in a funky state, this will get them back in gear.
