4x4 stuck with no indicator?
1998 Expy 4x4. Just finished putting the rear differential back together. Drove great. Then I decided to turn on the 4x4. Turn it on 4x4 low. Indicator told me it was in 4x4 low range. Good. So now I try to turn it back to 2wd... put it back inside neutral, hold I'm brake, and turn to 2wd. Light...- andrewhics00

Rear wheel stud replacement 98 Expedition
Hey I'm sorry. I've been busy with work and the holidays. I got it fixed... sort of. Got the clip off and back together. Now I'm stuck in 4x4 with no lights showing that I am... new thread. Thanks KS for you help. I got the c clip out with a flat head!- andrewhics00

Okay, so I attached a picture where the hub is hitting the part of the e brake. It pushed all the way forward but the clip won't pop. Looking st the other photo, it shows the whole where the pin is. Okay, so I got the pin out. However, I heard that you can't spin the tires once the pin is out. Is that correct?- andrewhics00

Rear wheel stud replacement 98 Expedition
So, I got a 1998 Expedition that needs the wheel studs replaced. Turns out that since the length of the studs are longer than the clearance between the back plate and hub, I need to take off the rear differtial cap. So I did. Apparently there is a C clips and 10 mm bolt... don't see it. Can't...- andrewhics00
