No. There's no solenoid involved. The pump spins one way for front washers, and the other way for rear washer. Look at the washer pump in the reservoir, that's where both hoses connect.

Probably hearing the PCM relay in the fusebox there at the passenger kick panel. That thing flips out when the fuel pump relay is failing.
Unless you could hear the AC clutch relay, but it's in a box behind the left headlight. Turn off your AC and see if you still hear a relay.
I would not recommend a junkyard PCM. Have you tried swapping the PCM relay with one of the others at the top of the fusebox, just to test the relay. The PCM relay is the top right relay. What is the Expy doing, or not doing ?

You can replace the stock steel trans pan with an aftermarket PML aluminum deep pan, and it'll have a drain plug in it, and gives you extra fluid capacity to help cool the tranny.

Kep that's the control solenoid out of my '03 EB with EATC ( electronic control head unit ...). I don't know why they would say it was only for the Navigator. Best thing to do is pull yours out and look at it and check the p/n on it. But it should be the same.

Does the keypad still unlock the driver's door ? If not, it kind of points to a problem with the vehicle security module ( located above the fusebox...).

LED bulb beam patterns just suck, and blind oncoming traffic. HIDs have a more halogen like beam pattern, and if you get them in the 4000 temperature range they have a beam pattern and color very similar to the original halogens, only stronger throw. You won't be getting flashed constantly...
It's all part of the fuel pump assembly now. But yes, cycle the key a few times between off and on ( not crank ) before trying to actually start it. If it starts right up you'll need to replace the fuel pump assembly to fix it.

Do you have a laptop? You can use the ForScan app to program the key(s) to the ECU yourself. Just delete all keys the ECU currently has stored and start from scratch with whatever key you have cut to the ignition now.

The heavier 75w-140 gear oil was recommended for customer complaints of whining / humming from the differential when the "fuel efficient" 75w-90 was used from the factory. There was a TSB out for it.

Have you gotten under there and looked ? Sounds like an animal chewed through it or it got damaged on an exhaust pipe. If you want a whole harness you're gonna have to scavenge some from a scrapyard.

Is it just in the pigtail area of the harness ? Your best bet is just a new pigtail assembly off eBay and do the harness repair yourself. Re-wrap the harness with electrical tape when you're done.
