    Just wondering, do you wait until your gas light comes on before you fill up? Not sure if know, but the gas in your tank cools your fuel pump and when you drive with low gas the fuel pump doesn't get cooled well and wears out prematurely.

    It sounds complicated but if you follow the guide, that I believe Elvato posted, it is actually really easy. I had my whole back panel taken apart and put together within about a hour. Just make sure you have all the tools you need before you start, which are listed in the guide.

    never? Have you checked out your scheduled maintenance manual lately? Following scheduled maintenance is very important to keeping your expedition running well. Fuel filter should be changed every 30,000 miles. I have an 03 and I've changed my fuel filter atleast 4 times.

    Check out the performance section or the aftermarket addon section for some ideas. In general though there is no cheap way to increase mpg or hp so that leaves you with improving aesthetics and suspension.
