    damages tire or not?

    your tires are fine... almost all tires hydroplane if you drive fast with lots of water on the street. If you ever feel your self slipping then floor it and the extra power helps keep you going straight and find traction.

    I'm guessing there will be no news and 2012 will be just another huge disappointment for the Expedition. MPG will be the same, HP will be the same, handling will be the same... and they'll most likely lower the quality of the interior.

    Gas mileage

    That's pretty normal mpg, especially with that many miles on the engine. Being lower will slightly increase mpg but by such a small amount that it's not really worth the cost or time to lower. Also staying under 2000 rpms helps mpg... most gas effecient out of the whole rpm range is 1800 rpm

    No huge improvement after new shocks...

    I didn't read through this whole thread but I know this about sensa tracs, they will get the job done but they are not a performance shocks. they are good shocks for if you are on a budget and don't want to spend a lot but dont expect them to do better then stock.

    100 Ft-lbs for 12mm wheel studs 150 Ft-lbs for 14mm wheel studs I have lost a lug nut before when I forgot to tighten it after I set the car on the ground. It was in a car and it started to shake a little worse then a flat tire.

    I use super lube and the finish line grease gun to be able to get it in the cracks. The super lube grease is suppose to be one of the best, but the grease gun is really the expensive part and I guess isn't 100% necessary.
